       Strenght xp killing Aviansie's.

       Recommended requirements: 70 str, mage, range and a fairly good
       defense level and armour as you will not be able to use a
       shield.
       Items needed: Normal aviansie items but you CAN NOT use a
       shield. Also you will need a Black salamander and Harralander
       tar. Please note you will need alot of Harralander tar for alot
       of kills, it is cheap and you will still profit.
       That's basically it. Just remember to choose the strength option
       for the black salamander when you wield it
       EXP rate:
       99 str - 50k xp hour
       Profit:
       413k - 1 hour
       Used 1.2k tar when I started to notice maybe more. Profit is
       including prices of tars.
       With a good strength bonus you can hit fairly high.
