       What is not valid proof of evidence

       MSN chat logs are stored as plain text XML files by default, and
       certain add ons allow HTML logs. Both of these can be edited
       easily through Notepad and we do not accept them as proof. The
       only valid proof for an MSN conversation is a screenshot of the
       ACTUAL CONVERSATION WINDOW. The paypal payment through is also
       good, but we do not accept that little not in the bottom of your
       messages as it can be edited very easily. The picture of you
       sending it will be good. If you can take a video of the whole
       trade that would be very helpfull. If you account has been
       hacked and you can recover, please give us the IP as we can
       track him and he will be IP/E-Mail banned!
