       Both Buyers/Sellers hands over the account. I safely Check the
       password is correct. Then Happily swap the account.

       Account For Paypal:
       The Account Seller gives me the information to me, I check to
       see if correct. Then Ask the buyer to send the money to the
       seller (when thats completed) i hand over the account.

       Buying sends me Payment in paypal (I make sure its sent to me) I
       ask seller to send me info of Pin (I make sure its correct) then
       i send money to seller and pin to buyer.
