I have heard rumors that it will come back on the 14th of
january, but i doubt that it will

I think it'll come back on february, because of all the changes
they'll need to make again.

Mod Henry said it would be back Jan 21st (Jan 17th all polls are
closed for "YES" vote) So im guessing there will be a "NO" vote
before 21st
