Smitty is currently working on a reworked server.
He said that there should be a release date announced soon, and
that we should simply keep an eye on the website :)
Just be patient, he is working on stuff and knows we want to see
it, he is doing his best.

Being nice, too many times I see people complain and moan to the
people working on stuff (mods for games, maps, RSPS's etc.) and
having also been on the receiving end of it myself on various
projects, I just try to keep the heat off the developer.
Not saying you were complaining or moaning, but I was just
putting out some facts and reminding you and everyone else who
reads this thread that developers work hard and know we want to
see progress, but it takes time. So during that time we should
all do our best to keep a level head :) Coz if people are asking
for release dates and such too much, it does make the developer
feel like doing nothing (since we are working, we have posted we
are working and there is no date yet, and people keep asking -
standpoint of a developer being pestered for a date).

servers that take a week or less are people that just copy other
servers they just copy and paste everything and the server
becomes a fail at the end so no point in doing that.

Wraith smitty started on the new server two and a half week so
far and the he wasn't on during the dupe he was at college
studying a lot about coding so next server gonna be good.

If you check the "perhaps a new lost island" post, he was on a
few days ago and said to keep an eye out on the website for a
date.
Also the other day the list of things done on the new server so
far (the home page of LostIsland) had an extra thing added to
it.
You must remember Lost Island has plenty of new/original ideas
that need to be mostly hard coded, which is not an easy or short
job. Just chill out.
