server fixing itself?

Why doesnt the server fix its self upon the automated server
restar every 30 mins?
why doesnt that restart and fix the server if anyone has the
answer please let me know.

If your not answering my question dont post at all i dont like

well, the auto restart might've crashed aswell as the server
didn't go down... it crashed, so might be something with that.
