can't play

every time i load the webclient or downloadable client i get
stuck at unpacking models 80% i have tried to reinstall it and
already tryed re-installing java and winrar, any ideas whats
wrong?

Try looking through your files for the cache folder, idk where
it's located but i'll ask smitty.
When you found the folder, delete it and try again running the
client.
