DOWNLOADED NEW DOWNLOAD AND WILL NOT WORK......HELP!!!!

I have downloaded the new client as recommended and cannot play
as keep getting error message. Then had message saying contact
Smitty as there is a cache configuration problem. Also
webclient gives error message.
Please help so I can play again as this has happened on loads of
servers I used to play on and I really enjoy this server!!

smitty i cant even get on at all i been trying all day to paly
lost island but it wront wrok at all and i love this sever cus
ppl r not dicks to me at all andi wnt o keep palying plz get

Delete your cache and try getting on the client again
