       PLEASE REDUCE DICING TIME

       In all honesty, the only way to get around the 5 minute dicing
       limit is to x the client and reload.. which i think is causing
       more spam than if the time were reduced to 20 or 30 seconds, or
       maybe less if possible (at peak times people make bets back to
       back and it causes a lot of trouble to have to reload every time
       this happens.)
       Second reason is because on a 55 roll i do reroll or refund, and
       waiting for 5 minutes on a reroll for a bet that's in the
       process is bad, considering i'm holding items that are possibly
       not mine.. i'm sure many people would agree with this
       suggestion, maybe not, but its an extreme hassle having to wait
       for the dice or reload my client (which i know you probably
       don't like to hear that i'm doing..).
