OMG! WTF is wrong with server?

I keep getting dced and everytime I try to log in it says "error
connecting to Server." Smitty is it just me or the server?

If u get ur pass wrong twice u outta wait around a minute before
u can try again

its been less than that and it is off right now because smitty
is updating it he told up he was going to tin a couple of
hours.....a couple of hours ago.
