Basically, we made an agreement on skype saying - Me : I'll bet
700b, if I win I get a phat
Him : Ok.
He rolled, I won, then he decided to give me ABSOLUTE JUNK, AND
NOT A PHAT.
Now he's refusing to pay me the phat.

I'm mentally closing this post now, nothing can be done, also
the full reset shows that no one has anything better than anyone
else, except for donators who get the donor stuff back.
