       Hello everyone,
       Our first article is from the Operating Theatre Journal
       September 2017 issue number 324 titled 'When it comes to your
       theatre - who is in there and why?'
       Please have a read and post your comments below regarding the
       article. I feel it is quite poignant given recent events and
       provides a lot of food for thought with regards to Reps in our
       theatres.

       I think that this is a good choice of article. It does raise
       some valid points and prompts some thought. I hadn't considered
       the Medical rep as someone who comes under my registration. I
       suppose we usually think of a student as someone under our
       registration, and therefore observe their actions closely. Maybe
       I need to start altering my practice for this to include a
       medical rep within the team????
       I do agree with the article that there should be some form of
       formaltraining for theatre rep's with no past theatre
       experience.
