Restricting access to our forum for guests

I want to make it so that a player must sign into the forum to
view anything. If anyone know how to Do this please let me know.
I've searched and searched and I still can't figure it out.

Should we allow guests to view hints and tips aswell? I say this
because I believe the SoM members will benefit from us sharing
this knowledge with them. Anyone out side RS will be able to see
too but that might also help them join us after seeing how far
we go to help our members improve.
