How do you change your avatar?

I know I can click on my avatar, but can only use the limited
selection that BN provides. How can I change it to an avatar
that reflects our guild?

You upload the icon to Facebook and use as profile picture, then
go back to BN and click to use Facebook icon. After it has
worked you go back to Facebook and upload your original profile
picture.

Remove facebook from device then try.

In the past two weeks, I was able to use the method GenJim
described in his February post to change to a Real Steel avatar.
