Hi Real Steel first off, Damn that BS10 strike was hard.
Congrats to all that took part be proud of your efforts and if
you can't be proud of your effort then do better next time :P
So many of you know I Stepped down as RSA leader and promoted
Mac. Congrats Mac great strike from RSA another T11 victory,
Well done peeps. Reason for stepping down, I needed new
challenges and after securing 1st in the resent invasion event
with BSB and coming to within 1m of T13, I'm happy to say I'm
now joining BNW with my main, no I wasn't kicked or demoted,
this was always the plan(I did want T13 though) me and RSA have
done it all together, ups and downs, smiles and frowns. But now
it's time to begin a new chapter in Real Steel. Mac in RSA
leading the main and Jim in BNW. Leading them to T10 in the NEXT
BS event and hopefully T11+ in future events, Promotions and
demotions will run as normal. Many high scorers in BNW and in
RSB have earned the right to join the stronger guilds, This
might seem to some counter productive for our back up guilds but
if BNW/RSB loose 2-3 400k/200k members but get 20 150k/80k
members in return, hopefully you see why it makes sense.
Whilst in BNW I'll be trying out a few new things with our
members. Tweaking the set up. Team work is key to this as it
will only work if everyone is 100% committed to our guild. I
know what your thinking "why so serious?" Well I've seen 3
strikes pass now were BNW have not got T10, I see how it affects
morale within the guild and chat. BNW have the members and
scoring power but for 1 reason or another they fall short. Not
any more, with the backing of the members and commitment to
improve. I have plans ready to make sure BS10 was the last time
BNW fall short. Together with RSA and RSB. I aim to give Mac a
headache after each BS event(a good headache o.O if there is
such a headache). BNW will be pushing each and every RSA member
for their position, no one will be safe. Whilst mixing things up
in BNW I'll also be using genjim and my 2 alts to boost the RSB
admins score (Thebackup09) he will occupy Genjim, raider09(out
of Real Steel) and HitManTankkiller(out of Real Steel) during BS
events. That will give him 25+ ponds and 35+ concrete plant
patches. This will defo help RSB and hopefully get them out of
T7 and into T8+ with help from RSB members of course. Be ready
BNW. :P

learned and gained so much since joining just broke my first
200k in bs
