       Steam Version Display Problem &amp; Temp Solution

       If anyone else plays on Steam, there's a pretty annoying display
       problem at the moment. I've posted a temporary solution to this
       issue on the steam community forums and thought I'd better share
       it here as well.
       Here's how I solved the problem. Changed display resolution on
       monitor to a 4:3 setting. I set mine to 1024 x 768. I then
       loaded the game, it went into full screen mode right away. Once
       game loaded I hit the ESC key and got a new option in the option
       screen for "Windowed Mode". Not a great solution but it worked.
       It also fixes all the icons, which are otherwise oversized.
