       Skill Masters bug

       The skill masters chatheads are invisible if they are wearing a
       hood with their cape, it also happens for the woodsman tutor
       becase he is wearing a robin hood hat type thing on his head.

       hopefully this can be fixed... but its not that big of a problem
       unless it prevents you from buying the cape!

       Thats just a effect bug, thats easy to fix, all you have to do
       is re add the npc
