x2 would not be as fast as people think.
I played a x3 server not long ago and it was still very slow
once in the lvl 40s

Keywords once in the lvl 40's. This is also, from what I take
from it, supposed to be a remake of runescape 2006. Obviously
there will be some differences, but when it comes to leveling
and skilling, you really should have a x1 rate. I won't lie,
there are plenty of private servers out there that you can play
if you want x2 rate or more. But they aren't tailored towards a
remake. Also, I don't know about anyone else, but I think all
the skills, and combat rates should be x1, not just some. But
that's just my own opinion.
