Nightingale

Name: Nightingale
Race: Unicorn
Gender: Filly
Age: Young (Haven't figured out specific age yet)
Physical Description: Nightingale's coat is burgundy. Her mane
is a deep purple with streaks of midnight blue. Her bangs are
usually held by a similarly blue twine, as is the mane behind
her head; her tail is of the same colors, though unbound. Her
eyes are a stormy grey, tinged with the faintest hint of blue,
often only noticed by those paying close attention, or are
nearby.
Special Talent: Illusion spells. This ranges from anything to
creating objects that look real, but don't actually hold any
mass or any kind of tangible nature, or temporarily changing a
pony's appearance, though are not limited solely to those two
examples.
Likes: Apple juice, flashy displays, getting her way, stopping
"evil", satisfying her curiosity, comic books
Dislikes: Being oppressed, being looked down on, "evil" getting
its way
Strengths: Magic in general (though she's mostly unaware of that
fact), typically very brave to the point of practically being
oblivious to any danger towards her person
Weaknesses: Sometimes has difficulty seeing the big picture,
often fails to think ahead
Fears: She believes she's fearless, and she'd tell anypony else
that; however, she would fear the loss of her magic, if ever
were she to lose the ability to use it.
Bio: Hers is no story that hasn't been told before. A simple
orphan who spent most of her life living in the depressing and
often hopeless place most called the orphanage--or 'orphanarium'
as Nightingale likes to call it. Probably because it sounds
'cooler'. She never really knew her parents, but Nightingale
often makes up things about them to tell other ponies, and what
they used to do changes from time to time whenever different
ponies ask her.
Her current "life" didn't really begin until she attendned
Trixie's first performance in Ponyville. It was then when she
saw the flashy performance and awe-inspiring illusions that she
tried to imitate her new-found hero and idol after the show,
soon after earning her her cutie mark for the illusions she'd
started to create. After this newfound sense of purpose, she's
spent nearly every day making illusions of some kind, testing
and pushing herself to get better in various ways.
Extra Details: Would likely be eligible for Princess Celestia's
School for Gifted Unicorns, if she was ever aware of her
potential with magic.
She seems to very much enjoy apple juice, and drinking from the
juice boxes that the juice is stored in.
She believes Twilight to be the "Queen Turd", and that she never
deserved to become a princess for what she did to Trixie.
She is a decent singer, befitting her name. She's nothing like
those whose talent is singing, or who have put many hours into
trying to become a better singing, but she's certainly not
awful.

The true illusion is how she's secretly been Twilight all
along...
