Breezy clacked her beak quietly at frustration of not being able
to find the word she wanted, then turned her gaze back up to Kit
when she mentioned pretty and mature not always making a good
model. She hummed quietly, not quite believing the other
gryphon's words, before soon feeling a little bit better about
the situation when Kit had trouble finding the words to say too.
She meekly succumbed to the subsequent ruffling of her feathers,
head canting just a little bit. A silence then followed as
result of her meek, awkward nature, the young gryphon apparently
not knowing what else to say to the other gryphon that had
approached her.

Kit canted her head to the side and smiled a little. "You are
too cute." She said as she looked at Breezy, then towards
Arcane. "Archaeology huh? Are you going to be the next
Daring-Do, little pony?" She asked with genuine curiousity, her
tail swishing from side to side a little as she looked towards
Arcane puposefully, hoping that by switching the person she was
talking to, Breezy might be able to rally a little.

Arcane nodded a confirmation to Kit, to her question about him
doing archeology, but his mind wandered off when both of them
discussed that librarians were hard to find there. Well it was
to be expected. It was the biggest library in Canterlot after
all, but surely he could spot at least one or two. Arcane knew
few of the librarians pretty well, and could most likely get
them to help the griffons, but no matter how much he tried to
spot them, he couldn't see them, or any other librarian for that
matter.
Arcane had missed the talk about clothing and tailoring, but his
attention snapped back to Kit when she addressed him. "Naah...
Not with this leg..." Arcane said, pointing at his right hind
hoof. "I aim to be a teacher instead" Arcane noticed Breezy's
changed behaviour, not sure if she was alright. Thinking that
maybe if they'd try to walk a little, to maybe find the books
the griffons were after, Arcane suggested "This place is pretty
busy at this time of the day. But i know the library pretty
well, and maybe i could help you find what you're looking for,
both of you." He said, offering the griffons a smile

Quietly, Breezy looked between Arc and Kit as the two conversed,
also curious about Arcane and his future plans for his career in
archaeology. At mention of his leg, a look of concern crossed
her face and she tried to peer over to his leg to see for
herself what was wrong. So, after his suggestion that he help
them find what they were looking for, Breezy spoke up with,
"Zhat is fine... Vhat is vronk vhis leg, Arcane? Zhere is
somesink I am beink able to do?"

Kit looked between Arc and Breezy just as Breezy was looking
between Arc and Kit. "Oh? I agree with Breezy, is there
something we can do?" She asked helpfully, her tail swaying from
side to side. It was probably something from birth, but Kit was
helpful. "Well, not that there is much I could do, I could, I
suppose bind it up prettily." She said at her own lamentable
lack of medical skills, as she playfully bumped her side against
Arcane's, gently, as if to share a joke before she tilted her
ehad to the side.

"I'm afraid there's nothing you can do to help me girls." Arcane
said, sharing a look and a small chuckle between the two
griffons. "Always been like this, and i don't think a pretty
binding could help it... But, let's not dwell on that. We got
books to find, right?" Arcade said, motioning the griffons to
follow him. "I already know what you need." Arc said pointing at
Breezy. "But what are you after Kit? What kind of light
reading?"

Kit let out a little dissapointed coo before she moved and
circled Arcane once curiously before she shrugged a little.
"Yup. Books to find." She said with a bob of her head.
"Oh....just anything, really. I may poke around for Daring Do,
now that I mention it." She said with a bit of a bashful look to
her face. "A ashion designer I may be, but living vicariously
through another is always a good spot of fun." She said fluffing
her wings out just a little bit.

Before The trio could start their hunt for the books, Sky
yelled, much to Arcane's annoyance, to Arcane "Hey brother!
Where are you going?"
"Grab the books from the table and take them home Sky. I'll come
home a little bit later."
"I'm not leaving without you brother. You know that!" Sky yelled
back.
"Just a second." Arcane said to Breezy and Kit, and then walked
over to the table Sky was sitting at. They had a short, very
quiet discussion, Sky throwing few looks at the griffons from
time to time, but eventually he gave up, packed the books in his
saddlebags and left. Arcane returned to the griffons. "Alright,
let's get started." Arcane motioned the two griffons to follow
him deeper into the library.
"Daring Do, huh?" Arcane questioned. "A book series to bring a
spark of adventure to your life." He said with a chuckle, and
began to walk towards their destination.

A little disappointed that there hadn't been anything that she
could've done to help Arcane with his leg, Breezy sat quietly as
she let the him and Kit discuss amongst themselves, not really
having much to add to the conversation. Once more, she tried to
become as invisible as a relatively smaller gryphon
could--despite it still being larger than most ponies--and
turned her attention back down to the book in her talons. She
did glance up again briefly when Arcane began walking elsewhere,
though she remained planted in place, not really wanting to be a
bother to them. She'd still be right there if they wanted to
come back, she supposed, but she almost got the feeling that
they wanted to get away from her. At least, that's what her lack
of self-esteem told her.

Kit glanced over at breezy when the younger gryphon did not
follow her. "Come on silly. We're not gnoig to gobble you up I
promise." She said with a soft click of her beak before she
maneuvered around breezy and gently budged her with her beak so
she would follow at least Arcane. "Adventure awaits!"
