Hearing that Breezy was actually looking into learning to read
Equestrian language, Arcane couldn't help but smile again. "I
can point you to right direction, with learning to read. This
library has books from basic ABC-books, all the way to academic
level grammar books. All the tools are here" Arcane was
motioning the entire library. "You are right about the
librarians though... They can, and usually are very busy."
Hearing that Breezy had already been in Canterlot for half a
year, Arcane tried to think if he had seen her somewhere, but
Breezy's appearance didn't ring any bells. He has gotten in a
argument with a griffon few months back, but that one was male.
His train of thought was derailed when Breezy asked him about
archeology.
"I'm afraid my stories are limited to dusty scrolls and bland
school desks. I... Haven't had a chance to go to a archeological
dig sites or tombs, outside tours kept for tourists and such. I
am studying advanced archeology, and like i told you before, i'm
currently being home schooled. Though i can probably tell you
anything about archeology, as long as it's been documented." A
strange chirping noise caught Arcane's ear, and caused him to
look around, trying to spot the source of that sound. "Friend of
yours...?" Arcane ask, assuming that Breezy had heard the
chirping noise too.

Breezy seemed to visibly perk up when Arcane mentioned that he'd
be able to help point her in the right direction as far as
learning to read went, those few small words apparently helping
to boost her mood significantly. It gave her hope that maybe
things wouldn't be as bad as she thought they would be, though
she still had no idea how or where to start. Plus, she still had
to convince her mother that he wasn't a pony she needed to
avoid, as impossible a task as that sounded to the young
gryphon.
Then, Arc moved on to his experiences with archaeology,
disappointing her a little bit by telling her that he had no
real stories of his own. The overall prospect of what he was
still intrigued her, however, and she came close to saying she
was envious of the adventure his future might hold before the
familiar sound of a chirp caught her attention along with
Arcane's. Initially, she was curious and almost excited to hear
yet another gryphon in Canterlot with her. But hesitation and
fear as result of what she'd been through in the past overcame
her previous emotions, resulting in her seeming to shrink back a
little bit as she meekly shook her head and responded with, "I
am not knovink whoever zhis is. But I must not beink rude..."
After saying this, she took a small breath before replying to
her fellow gryphon with a trill in greeting, though it was laced
with the hesitation she felt. The only thing that made her
better was having Arcane nearby, so she wouldn't be alone with
whatever was to come... even though there was nothing saying he
would stick with, or by her, through anything.

Her own mood began to lift as she heard the return trill of a
gryphon, hear tail twitching gently as she made her way to the
voices, her quest for a book about older fashions in canterlot
abandoned, as her tail swayed back and forth. Slowly she'd
approach the others, having heard the hesitation, not sure if
the other gryphon was in distress...though she had heard that
things back in the homeland may have been...a bit harsher than
what she was used to in manehatten.
"Hello." She said in greeting, attempting to put on a good show
at least, since between the three of them, she appeared to be
the oldest of the three, which was in her experience, a little
unusual, though the 'runt' gryphon was closer to their height.
Eyes glittered with slight mischief as she glimpsed breezy. "Why
aren't you two just adorable?" She said, attempting to smooth
out the usual manehatten clip as she let out a small purr at
meeting new people. "I'm Kit, formerly of manehatten...and who
might you two be?"

Arcane listened as Breezy answered to the other gryphon. He
kinda wanted to remind both gryphons that they were still in a
library, where ponies, and gryphons alike should remain
relatively quiet, but decided to let it slide, just this once.
Arcane turned to look at Kit when she finally came into view,
but remained quiet for now.
"Greetings." Arcane said after Kit's hello. He smiled innocently
at Kit's remark about him and Breezy. "Arcane Solace." Arcane
introduced himself very briefly, not wanting to interfere too
much between griffons, if they'd have something to talk about.
He was still ready to join the conversation and answer
questions, if some were presented to him.

With a meek demeanor about her, Breezy continued to lie on the
floor, waiting for her fellow gryphon to show up, occasionally
glancing over to Arcane as if to confirm for herself that he was
still there. When the other gryphon showed up and greeted the
two of them, Breezy bowed her head slightly in greeting, only to
stare blankly at her when she mentioned the two of them being
adorable. That blank look soon turned into a tiny smile after
Kit introduced herself, and waited until after Arcane responded
to do the same. "I am Raihna Adlard... But I am Breezy here.
Moser says it is... better to try and blend in. It is still
seemink like all eyes find me, sough. Anyvay, is nice to be
meetink, Kit. You are not from zhe homeland? Vhat is like?
Manehattan?"

Kit tilted her head to the side at Breezy, her tail swishing
back and forth. ""It's nice, though, it gets a bit crowded, not
like ponyville where I am staying now..I just came to visit
canterlot myself." She said bobbing her head. "Some gryphons
there but..." She said raising a claw. "Being the runt has it's
advantages and disadvantages." She said with a soft click of her
beak in amusement as she looked to Arcane and Breezy. "It is a
pleasure to meet you Raihna-Breezy and you, Arcane." She said
inclining her head to both as she settled her hind end on the
ground to sit.
"I heard you both talking and I do apologize to interrupt." She
said with a no-i'm-not-sorry look on her face as she relaxed a
little.

Breezy gave a few small nods alongside Kit's vague description
of her opinion on Manehattan, though with nothing to really
imagine in regards to the city, she lingered on it only
momentarily before she practically dismissed it completely.
Politely, she canted her head again when Kit said it was nice to
meet the two of them, before idly fidgeting with one of the
pages in the open book in front of her as the other gryphon
apologized. "It is... em... not beink a big deal, yes? Raser...
It is fine. I vas only discussink vhis Arcane about zhis
archaeology, and vaitink to be speakink vhiz a librarian. Vhat
is zhat is brinkink you here, Kit?"

Sadly, that was Kit, a little bit scatterbrained when it came to
describing things she wasn't involved right now with, or
clothing. She was eyeing breezy, hmming softly to heslef as she
listened to her. "I see, I see..." She said looking to Arcane.
"You do Archaeology? That's so neat, I had a thought about
archaeology fashion, but I don't know if it was quite pratical."
She said with a chuckle before she nodded to Breezy. "The
librarians here can be a little...hard to find, I'm afraid. And
I was actually looking for some light reading myself while I was
here, I already finished the few design books that I
brought...You know, if you ever come down to ponyville..I'd love
for you to model some of my clothing." She said encouraging, all
the while finding the accent adorable, she really just wanted to
keep breezy talking.

As Kit mentioned the librarians were hard to find, Breezy's gaze
shifted over to the ponies she had seen behind the counter just
a few moments before, only to sigh quietly when she noticed that
the ponies just weren't there at all. Looks like she'd have to
wait even longer. At least she had company to keep her attention
until she finally had an opportunity to talk to them. Turning
her eyes back to Kit as it was mentioned that she wanted Breezy
of all gryphons to model her clothing, she gave a surprised
blink and a quiet stare for a few moments before her usual meek
self took over and her expression turned humble.
"Sank you for offer, but I do not sink I am beink zhe best
choice for modelink. Zhere are surely prettier and... mature
ones to choose. Besides, I am not knovink if moser vould beink
okay vhis payink for trip to Ponyville for zhat. Vould sink
is... unnecessary. You are... tailor? I am hearink zhere is
already famous tailor in Ponyville--competition is not beink
too... Em..." she paused then, expression turning troubled as
her eyes fell to the ground, apparently having trouble finding
the word she wanted to use.

Kit merely chuckled softly at that. "Pretty and mature do not
always make a good model." She said with a shrug of her wings.
"and as for the other tailor...well, she makes her sort of
clothes, and I make mine....we sort of.." She said bringing her
claws up for a moment, bringing them together then slowly apart.
"Keep our business apart?" She said with a nod. "So the
competition is not like hatchlings attempting to get more food
from mother." She said with a soft chuckle at breezy, raising a
hand up and ruffling her headfeathers in a playful manner.
