       Thunderclap

       Name: Thunderclap
       Race: Pegasus
       Gender: Male
       Age: Mid-twenties
       Physical Description: Thunder is a gray Pegasus with a dark
       yellow mane and tail, turquoise eyes and a stormy cloud for a
       cutie mark that almost blends in with his coat like one cloud
       would with others in bad weather, a small bit of detail showing
       the cloud to be charged and ready to give off a bolt of lighting
       being enough to prevent it from fully mixing in and
       disappearing. Golden armor is a bit dented and scratched showing
       plenty of use and a need for some maintenance, though Thunder
       usually procrastinates getting it worked on unless directly
       ordered or nagged to do it. Prefers not to wear a helmet.
       Edit: Taken from a thread: "...The pegasus following in gold
       though...well... In comparison to his unicorn friend, he may as
       well have looked like a pony who'd found his grandfather's old
       suit of armor and put it on as a very authentic Nightmare Night
       costume. Dented, scuffed, scratched, nicked, the metal plates
       were banged up beyond what was normally acceptable within the
       ranks of the kingdoms finest. The pony wearing it was in good
       enough physical shape to fit the description of a guard, though
       his gray coat and yellow mane, hanging loosely over his head
       like a civilian without the helmet he was supposed to wear being
       there to keep it in place, weren't nearly as cleanly cut and
       groomed as the unicorn's..."
       Likes: Being casual while on the job and messing with Mana Burn.
       Dislikes: Pink flamingo lawn ornaments.
       Strengths: Being an experienced and trained Pegasus royal guard,
       Thunder is able to handle himself just fine in most situations.
       His job and rank also gives him some authority within the guard,
       though he usually doesn't exercise it.
       Weaknesses: Can sometimes underestimate the severity of the
       situation and become overconfident. His reliance on Mana Burn
       for defence can also leave him somewhat vulnerable if alone when
       in danger.
       Fears: The same as any good guard: failing to do his job when
       he's needed most.
       Bio: A veteran but still relatively young guard working directly
       for Princess Celestia as a personal agent, Thunderclap and his
       long time partner and best friend Mana Burn have been sent on
       both the best and worst missions during their time serving the
       crown. The pegasus side of the duo had always wanted to join the
       guard out of respect for what they do, and while he doesn't seem
       to take his job seriously whenever he's around friends or those
       who don't need to see much professionalism, his loyalty to his
       duty is something he holds dear, and he is firmly dedicated to
       protecting others.
       Extra Details: Enjoys poker and other card games.
