Peridot Frost

Name: Peridot Frost
Race: Crystal Pony
Gender: Mare
Age: Around 25, she is unsure of her exact age.
Physical Description: Peridot has a light green coat and an ice
blue mane with a purple stripe, which she usually wears in a
braid or a loose ponytail. Her eyes are sky blue, and her cutie
mark is six intersecting white crystals in the shape of a
snowflake. As with all crystal ponies, her appearance is
affected by her mood - when happy or content, she shines and
glitters, but the more negative emotions she experiences, the
duller her coat becomes.

Special Talent: Forgotten. Given her cutie mark, Peridot knows
that it must be related to snow or ice, but she hasn't be able
to figure out exactly what it is that she excels at. See bio for
more details.
Likes: Snow, shiny and sparkly objects, peace and quiet
Dislikes: Ponies who crave power, bullies, humor at the expense
of others
Strengths: Very resilient to challenges presented to her, can
remain strong when threatened. More courageous than she gives
herself credit for.
Weaknesses: Memory loss (mostly constrained to her past, but
sometimes for other knowledge as well), occasional, but
disabling, flashbacks to King Sombra's rule, difficulty trusting
other ponies. Sometimes has difficulty with aspects of modern
pony society due to her unfamiliarity with them.
Fears: Dark magic, King Sombra's return, never finding her
parents, or having already met them, but not recognized them.
Bio: Peridot Frost was released from King Sombra's curse along
with the rest of the Crystal empire a few months ago.
Unfortunately for Peridot, she did not regain her memories of
her life prior to King Sombra's reign. Therefore, she has no
idea what her special talent is, how she got her cutie mark, or
even who her parents are. Some of the other crystal ponies
recognized her as living in a certain mansion in the empire, but
none of them have seen or even been able to concretely remember
her parents. Peridot decided to leave the crystal empire to
wander Equestria in hopes of discovering more about her
identity. She has hunch that she could discover the meaning
behind her cutie mark if she travelled to the arctic wastes, but
has avoided them ever since she found out that King Sombra's had
been banished there at the end of his rule.
