"Well I suppo-" Nivalia says before she's caught off guard by a
thump in the wall behind her. The mare slightly jumps, glancing
at the filly to see if she noticed. Fortunately her
preoccupation isnt interrupted. "Well I'm sure rodents won't be
a problem at all here." Nivalia looks out towards the window,
"I'll be heading out to the markets soon, was there anything in
particular you'd like?"

"They have yet to be." Brash remarks in regards to the rats.
"Particular? I'm not gonna fashion you a shopping list, just get
food." Brash says in annoyance before finishing up with dumping
the oven into the basement and going with it, poking her head
out to glance at Nivalia, just to be sure she didn't have any
more questions.

"Alright then." Nivalia nods, "I'll be back in a few hours."
Sliding out of a small corner, Caprica slithers to Nivalia's bag
before anyone notices. Her belly is a bit larger than before,
the result leading her to coil up and tucking her face in for a
well deserved nap. Nivalia looks over her shoulder to get her
things, sighing in relief as she sees her pet cozily tucked away
amongst her things. "Come on Caprica, let's go." The mare picks
up the python and gently places her in her satchel; throwing the
bag over her back, Nivalia heads over to the door, "I'll see ya
later."

Brash doesn't feel the need to a say anything so she slams the
trapdoor shut and locks it loudly. Attempting to shift her focus
to her work, she banishes confusing thoughts of her partially
successful mission by throwing things around and making a
racket.

Opening the door, she glances over her shoulder to her bag,
making sure her pet was still there. Feeling no change in her
satchel's weight, the mare steps out and closes the door. "Hmm,
the day's still early; might as well check out some points of
interest along the way." Nivalia takes out the map and examines
it for a moment, memorizing all of the red points on the map.
While looking at the map Nivalia begins walking forward, already
knowing where the markets are.
