Onyx smirked, "The Japanese believed that I was one of their
lost dragons, and therefore a god in my own right. Can't say I
blame them."

Onyx looked off to his left again, hearing more hushed voices
join the conversation about him and Parker. He frowned and
pulled his hood up.
Parker rolled his eyes, "Don't be shy, Onyx."

"It's okay. it took years for me to convince Gumi she didn't
have to worry about anyone making fun of her arms." Razor
replied.
Gumi shrugged, her whole body raising off the seat and inch
before settling back down.

Onyx just sighs, "I'm a recluse, Parker. You know why I was up
on a bloody treacherous mountain. It was to be away from people.
The world I don't mind seeing. The people, on the other hand, I
could do without."
Parker rubbed his back in a friendly manner, "Don't worry so
much about them, Onyx. They'll get used to you."

Gumi turned to Razor, "Father, do you think Gumi can go to town
later and get some of that candy she likes?"
"Sure, just make sure to wear your sweat-shirt. Remember that
the normal humans might take you away from me." Razor said
giving the small girl a hug, which she returned with a giggle.

Onyx humphed and said, "Perhaps." He got up and said, "I'm going
back to the tent, if I may excuse myself."
Parker sighed, "Go on and hide, you silly thing."
"I may be many things, but silly is not one of them." Onyx
retorted.

Razor nodded.
Gumi also stood up, taking the skull from the top of her head
and cradling it in her arms. She started to walk out, the beads
and disks making clinking noises as she walked.

coat and pants groaning slightly as he walked.
