       Clan Name: Ketsu Clan
       Leader: Hiroko Ketsu
       Village: Hidden Leaf
       Clan Description: Dark clan, but the members can be nice, until
       their jutsu kicks in, then they begin going insane.
       Clan Traits/Characteristics: Very Nice people, but have split
       personalities almost
       Clan Personality: Not very known clan, is generally giving and
       accepting of the other, but the leader is always a corrupted man
       with no soul.
       Bloodline Description: "Heavenly Angel Blood"... Bloodline which
       allows the use of "Heavenly Chakra", which is normal chakra, but
       when activated, can use things such as Rapture Day Jutsu. When
       it's activated, the user goes into a rage, and the rage never
       calms down, instead slows down and moves to your soul, and it
       slowly eats you.
       When Rapture Day is activated, the user's face becomes corrupted
       first, and the skin is coated in Heavenly Chakra, revealing a
       bone marrow type look to part of it. The user's Iris becomes
       Black while the white parts become Neon Green (to mirror Momochi
       clan's).
       Bloodline Limits: The User's soul gets eaten while using
       Heavenly Chakra in advanced ways
       When Rapture Day is activated, the user's soul is being
       corrupted by the second.
       Clan Jutsus:
       Name: Heavenly Shuriken
       Type: Shurikenjutsu
       Elemental Affinity:  N/A
       Description: The user concentrates chakra into Shuriken, and
       uses the Heavenly Blood to power it. The user completely
       manipulates the Shuriken, as it creates a shooting star look as
       it can fly through the air at the speed of light, and appears as
       a flash of light which can blind someone temporarily.
       Drawbacks: (List all drawbacks) Uses up a good amount of chakra,
       makes it easier for Rapture Day to happen.
       Name: Box From Heaven
       Type: Genjutsu/Ninjutsu
       Elemental Affinity:  (Can be any)
       Description: After doing handsigns, the user has to make some
       sort of Heavenly Chakra contact, whether by hands, sending it in
       a jutsu, or a weapon, with another person. They can then trap
       them in a box of Genjutsu, and then they use any form of Jutsu
       to attack them while in the box
       Drawbacks: The User uses up a lot of chakra while doing this,
       and the opponent can counter by avoiding contact.
