       Personality: Tries making jokes, but normally either makes them
       at someone's expense, or they aren't funny (or both)... other
       than that, is seen reading books (like Kakashi).... Has a very
       hurt past, and is very sensitive
       Background:
       Neji (named after the Hyuga).... was born into the Uchiha clan
       right after it was "extinct".... But when a secret Uchiha child
       was born, he was given to Kakashi, a friend of the nameless
       Uchiha (unknown name)... To take care of. Kakashi made sure the
       child's Sharingan was never activated, and trained him. Kakashi
       treated Neji as if he were his biological son, and when Kakashi
       was killed, it activated Neji's Sharingan, forcing him to lose
       it and viciously murder the killer of Kakashi. When asked about
       his Sharingan, he says it was a gift from Kakashi, as he
       implanted it in him as he died. Neji then made it to Jounin
       Level, and he wanted to be just like his "father" (whom he was
       told the truth by Kakashi in his dying moments)... So he vowed
       to train Shinobi
