       Summon Application

       Summoning Contract: (Contract name, ie. Snake Contract)
       Animal Type: (Overall type ie. Serpent )
       Sub-Type: (Specific Type ie. Reptile )
       Elemental Affinity: (If it has an elemental affinity, ie. Water)
       Contract Type: (Blood, Forbidden, Curse, Relic, etc)
       Summon Description (Describe what you summon here in detail.
       Including any markings, colorations, traits. For example; Pain's
       Canine Summon: "An Advanced Summon, beginning as a single
       Canine, approximately 15-20 feet tall at the shoulder. Usually a
       dark brown color, bearing black metallic piercings across its
       body. Withered, stubby, featherless wings dangle off its back.
       Two Rinnegan take the place of eyes, extending Pain's eyesight
       range. Additionally, its body can split, effectively cloning
       itself. It also sports the ability to merge with the copies,
       creating an extremely muscular, hydra-esque creation")
       Summoning Process (Describe how it is summoned here. For
       example, Pain's Canine Summon: "A remotely executed summon, that
       uses chakra to quickly write the Kuchiyose "Spiritualism" mark
       on a given surface. The canine when summoned, creates a
       concussive blast, shearing away anything solid nearby, usually
       heralded by a loud chirp of bursting chakra"

       Animal Summons)
