       Alias/Superhero Name: Rain Cloud
       Appearance (Include Eye/Hair Color): Blue eyes, blue hair, with
       kitten like ears. Blue dress and white gloves.
       Age: 20
       Power(s): Water and Wind. She can gather water and start a storm
       or cause a water vortex. With the wind she can cause tornadoes
       and hurricanes, she can also tell mother nature who to destroy
       with a whisper from her voice.
       Weakness(es): Fire and Stone. Fire because it off sets Water.
       Stone because it cases wind to downfall.
       Weapons/Technology: She has a ribbon in her hair that turns into
       a whip.
       Transportation(How does he get around): Walks, A car, A Ferry.
       Status (Hero, Villain, Anti-Hero, etc.):Hero
       Short Background: When she was born her parents didn't want her
       and sent her down stream in a basket. She got picked up and
       watched over by Aquaman and Prince Namor. They taught her
       everything about water. She then left them at the age of 15 and
       met other Heroes named Cyclone and Red Tornado, they showed her
       the ways of using her powers for the wind. She then turned 18
       and moved on with her life and used her powers along the way.
       Personality Description(How does this character act): She is
       sweet and innocent. She loves helping out others, but if you
       turn on her she can act evil. She loves to read and is into all
       things about animals. She loves mother nature and anything that
       happens to the earth.
