       Personality Description: A guy who's all business when it comes
       to work, and will do anything to get the other guys working.
       He'll be the one doing overtime, he'll be the one doing extra
       sit ups because he wants to be in the best shape possible. He's
       fun-loving outside of the work.
       Short Background: John Ruckett joined the army at age 18 and
       quickly rose in the ranks, wanting to be the best there is in
       the army. He did the best work, and he quickly learned that the
       harder you work, the more it pays off.
