       Full name: Dr. Jacob Spenser
       Age: 42
       Physical description: Jacob has dark hair and eyes, which he
       covers with thick-rimmed reading classes when necessary. He
       prefers to dress "casual professional," often wearing a dress
       shirt and tie, even if the occasion doesn't require it. He has a
       square, angular jaw and expressive eyes under thick brows.
       Character's Personality/Background Info: An intellectual, Jacob
       has earned multiple degrees in psychology, psychiatry, and
       education. He is quiet-natured and soft spoken, which can
       deceptively make people think that he is a pushover. This is
       hardly the case, as Jacob will firmly, albeit peacefully if
       possible, stand for what he believes is right. He appreciates
       new technology and scientific developments, believing it to be
       the final intellectual frontier that can never truly be reached,
       hence his willingness to allow Erin to receive an Enhancement.
       Jacob is naturally a rule-follower, and expects the same of the
       people around him, and it frustrates him when they don't abide
       by the same rules as he does.
