       Serina Todd - Flourescent Skin

       Full name: Serina Sophia Todd
       Age:16 almost 17
       Physical description: She is of average height and build, and
       has sea green eyes and somewhat long, wavy brown hair. She
       carries herself with a mixture of propriety and significant
       self-confidence. Serina pretty much always takes care to dress
       well, and certainly cares about her appearance.
       Character's Personality/Background Info: Serina is a loving,
       friendly person, and deeply cares about her friends and family.
       Hardworking and dedicated, she is also always trying to avoid
       the "only child" stereotype.
       Her parents are often working, so she has most of her time to
       herself, but her parents do care about her deeply. Her mother is
       a workaholic but is a very stern and well-meant mother when at
       home. Her father is an ever-bustling work-at-home dad, who is
       prone to distress when he misses his deadlines. Though her
       parents are extremely busy, they have been more attentive lately
       to remain a close and happy family.
       She is well-meant, but can sometimes come across as forward or
       rude if she's not careful. She is honest, sometimes to a fault.
       Serina tends to be just a little sarcastic to go with that
       honesty, which comes across oddly.
       Enhancement (if any): Fluorescent Skin; Similar to Phoenix's
       skin Enhancement. Her Enhancement is in packets, which are
       filled with a thin layer of the thick chemical phosphor. It also
       has a mechanism under-lining which is extremely efficient.
       Another inclusion in her Enhancement is a charger  kept at the
       back of her head, behind her ears, but much of charge is kept in
       the packets in between layers of her skin. The phosphors also
       give a slight pigment alteration to her skin and when lit up she
       glows a soft green.
