The Evans' house is usually kept very clean by Mrs. Evans, and
kept plenty full of books by Mr. Evans. It generally has a
comfortable feeling, it helps that the energetic youngest child
Suzanne keeps it from getting too prim and clean to stand.
You can usually find Mrs. Evans doing what she loves best,
spending time with her family or keeping the house in order and
happy. Mr. Evans is often working hard or reading a good book.
Jasper spends his time in his room, but when he does leave it's
usually to spend time with or for his little sister Suzanne who
brightens up the place considerably. Suzanne likes to help her
mother with the house, as well as read with her father.
Otherwise she spends time working on some new project with her
       older brother Jasper.
The living room was full of books and where the front door
was entered into. It was a cozy room full of furniture with a
T.V. Across from the couch and doors on either side of the front
door the one on the right leading to the kitchen which had many
modern appliances and was almost always cleaner than the rest of
the house and includes the dining room off to the far side.
The door on the left of the living room from the front door
led to a hallway. Down this hallway was the basic bedrooms and
       bathroom.
The bathroom was straight down the hallway, while the first
door on the left lead into Mrs. and Mr. Evans' bedroom, rather
plain it held a bed and a T.V. as well as a nightstand on either
side of the bed. Further down the hallway is two bedrooms
directly across from each other, on the left is Suzanne's
bedroom, full of toys and dolls, her room is as brightly colored
as her personality and reflects her very well as their parents
think they should pick their rooms decorations personally. The
bedroom across from Suzanne's belongs to Jasper, which is
usually such a mess he can't find anything, but once in awhile
someone in his family will get bothered by it and clean it,
although it usually isn't Jasper himself. His room is such a
mess he just put an interesting design of splashes and curls on
the walls instead of bothering with posters that would just rip
anyway. His music and papers litters the room, but Jasper is
usually okay with the "comfortably messiness" of his room.

       Jasper Evans
"Mum, Suzanne! I'm home!" Jasper called as he rushed through
the front door of his family's home. Dropping his backpack on
the couch lazily Jasper walked into the kitchen as his little
sister Suzanne yelled that his friend Evan was there on her way
       to her bedroom.
Jasper had rushed home from the library when he'd gotten a
text from his friend, Evan Andrews.
He had been at the library to read some, but once in awhile he
also liked to just be in a social setting, so he'd go to the
       library.
While he was there he'd met a very interesting girl, Zinnia.
And it was because he'd talked to her for awhile that Jasper had
forgotten that he had planned with Evan to play video games at
       his house that afternoon.
At Evan's text saying that he was already at Jasper's house
waiting, Jasper had left the library and headed home.
As he entered the kitchen Jasper saw Evan sitting on one of
the stools on one side of the island, eating.
"Hey Evan. Sorry I'm late. I was talking to someone at the
library." Jasper smiled at his friend and snatched an apple from
the bowl in the center of the island.
"So Evan, what game do you want to play? I got the new Super
Smash Brothers... the one with the Wii fitness trainer on it...
It sounds odd." Jasper laughed. "Or we could play Secret of Mana
or one of the other older games."

       Evan Andrews
A light breeze blew past Evan, making him shiver slightly as
he walked up the path to Jasper's home. The wind caused the
well-tended flowers in front of his friend's house to sway and
send their sweet aromas straight into Evan's face.
He reached the door and rang the bell, hoisting his bag
higher up on his shoulder. Inside, he could hear Jasper's mom
calling out for Suzanne to answer the door. After a few
minutes, the youngest Evans opened the door and invited him
inside politely, after which she promptly turned and went back
to whatever she had been doing.
After shutting the door behind himself, Evan shrugged his bag
off his shoulder and set it on the coffee table in the living
room. He stood for a second, before wandering into the kitchen
where he could hear Mrs. Evans bustling around.
She looked up and smiled when he walked into the room, and
Evan almost instinctively smiled back. He was used to hiding any
awkwardness he felt behind a calm, polite mask when he was
around adults, especially his parents' business associates.
While he knew he wasn't required to fake things around Mrs.
Evans, it wasn't even a conscious effort anymore.
"Good evening, Mrs. Evans. Has Jasper returned yet?" Evan
asked, watching as she mixed some kind of batter. Judging by the
baking sheets that sat on the counter and the bag of unopened
chocolate chips, she was making cookies, but he could be wrong.
       Which he knew he wasn't.
"I'm afraid Jasper isn't back yet. Would you like something
to eat while you wait, sweetie?" She asked, as she set down the
bowl she had been stirring and walked over to the large
       refrigerator.
"Thank you. I would hate to refuse your generous offer, and I
am quite hungry." Evan said as he walked over to the island and
sat down on one of the tall stools. He then pulled out his phone
and scrolled through his messages until he reached his last
conversation with Jasper, in which they had agreed to meet at
       Jasper's to play video games.
'Jasper probably got caught up reading one of his books
again,' Evan thought as he typed a message to his clawed-friend.
You're late. How long until your arrival?
As he clicked send he noticed Mrs. Evans set a plate with a
rather large sandwich on it in front of him. Evan blinked at the
size before shrugging and thanking her.
After several minutes, Evan heard the front door open and
Jasper's voice calling out. "Mum, Suzanne! I'm home!
Evan turned in his chair and watched as his dark haired
       friend barreled into the room.
Hey Evan. Sorry I'm late. I was talking to someone at the
library. Jasper explained, sending Evan a big smile as he
grabbed an apple from the fruit basket on the counter.
"It's fine. I just hope that in the future, you don't fail to
remember when you set up a hangout time with someone." Evan
replied, picking up the remains of his sandwich and finishing it
       off.
"So Evan, what game do you want to play? I got the new Super
Smash Brothers... the one with the Wii fitness trainer on it...
It sounds odd." Jasper laughed. "Or we could play Secret of Mana
or one of the other older games."
"Let's start with the new one. Since we've played the old
ones so many times before." Evan suggested. "Then, if we don't
like it, we can play something else."

       Jasper Evans
You're late. How long until your arrival?
That was the text Jasper had gotten from his friend Evan a few
moments ago, his reply was shorter and definitely less
       grammatically correct.
“Stupid- old- phone!” He said emphatically while he walked
home, texting with his old flip-phone as he walked. His claws
made it difficult to type, so he had to abbreviate a lot of
things. He knew it would bother Evan, but that he would also
understand how difficult it is to text with long, pointed,
       sharp, claws.
       Sry b r8 theree
It would probably give Evan a headache, what with his brain
Enhancement and all, to read it. But Jasper had tried.
"Mum, Suzanne! I'm home!” Jasper called as he entered his
       family's house.
When Jasper went into the kitchen at Suzanne's direction, he saw
Evan turn from a notably large half-eaten sandwich to see him
       come in.
“Hey Evan. Sorry I'm late. I was talking to someone at the
library.” Jasper explained, sending Evan a big smile as he
grabbed an apple from the fruit basket on the counter.
"It's fine. I just hope that in the future, you don't fail to
remember when you set up a hangout time with someone." Evan
replied, picking up the remains of his sandwich and finishing it
       off.
“You know, I really wish you wouldn't use 'hang out' in such a
formal sentence. It's confusing.” Jasper teased. He glanced over
at the sandwich Evan had returned to eating. “Hungry?” Jasper
       laughed.
"So Evan, what game do you want to play? I got the new Super
Smash Brothers... the one with the Wii fitness trainer on it...
It sounds odd." He laughed again. "Or we could play Secret of
Mana or one of the other older games."
"Let's start with the new one. Since we've played the old ones
so many times before." Evan suggested. "Then, if we don't like
it, we can play something else."
Jasper shrugged. “Sounds good. But, then again, all of your
suggestions are good, aren't they?” He chuckled and took a bite
of his apple, starting to walk back into the living room.
“C'mon, Evan.” He said as he gestured forwards with one hand,
implying that his friend should follow him.
“Alright then, where's Super Smash brothers...” Jasper crouched
down and moved his finger in the air in front of the spines of
his game-shelf by the T.V. “Ah! Here it is.” He smiled and began
       setting up the Wii console.
Anyone could tell from the scratch marks all over the console
that it had been handled a lot. It had, however, had less wear
and tear than it looked, because of Jasper's claws it got
unnecessarily beaten up, being actually rather new.
“Oops...” Jasper said, awkwardly looking at the place on the
console where yet another scratch had pulled on the black
surface of the Wii. He frowned sadly, but moved on to put in the
       new Super Smash Brothers disc.
He looked up from where he was kneeling by the T.V. Getting the
remotes. “Do you want to be player one, Evan? Or do you not
       care?”
