Mascii and anyone else who wants to RP with me:
I will probably be able to give you many posts on Saturday!
Tomorrow is the 5th grade retreat, and then I work after care,
so.... I will be brain dead, possibly. XD
Ah, I didn't even see the survey post! D': SO CUTE. WILL POST
SATURDAY HOPEFULLY.
I am okay with wrapping up current ones, mascii, because I'd
really like to RP Erin/Reese date, POOL SCENE omg (Do you want
me to keep Erin's part similar to the original? Because this
version of Yukito might run away in terror.... >_>), possible
post-NYC stuff if you want with Erin and Yukito, an Erin/Zinnia
bonding times :3
If you add Amane, we could have that nice Erin-freak-out-scene
if you want it. lol.

GG: For the pool scene, I think we'll keep it sketchily along
the same lines, because I felt it was a major development. Would
it be unrealistic for some of Yukito's memories to have returned
to him, or should I ignore that, do you think? And yeah..he
might run away in terror, but...I think he would say. X3 And I
was a big fan of the Erin-freak-out-scene...lol!
We can do post NYC stuff only if the others get wrapped up like
super-fast, how about that? lol.. And have fun at the retreat!
EM: I moved your opening post for Reese/Syd to a School Entrance
thread, so others can use it in the future. :)

Okay guys, I'll have to take breaks this weekend to do papers,
but I figure I can at least get caught up, if I work hard...
Priorities are by how old posts are.......

ONE LAST THING.
If anyone has an idea for an interesting Enhancement for my
background boy, Silas, then do let me know. Just any ideas will
do. Message them to me or whatever. I just need some thoughts
for something no one else has...

Mascii, I think it's actually quite believable for at least a
memory or two to resurface. Possibly vague feelings, but I could
definitely believe at least one very clear memory could come
through. Possibly two, depending on how he copes with whatever
memory/memories hit him first. At least, that's how it's working
in my head-- as separate little boxed memories. However, if you
write them more jumbled and fluid, he can probably remember
several related things... ;)
Eh, well, they were a LITTLE bit farther in their relationship
in the original than they are now. XD And Erin is convinced that
her forwardness scares Yukito, so she's trying to subdue it now.
So... Yukito needs to do some work on his part before then if
you want Erin to be similar to the original. XD
ETA: Enhancement ideas (probably plenty that aren't usable, but
at least it can start the brainstorming!)

[li]heat resistance - like their skin is reinforced to withstand
extreme temperature and does not sustain damage with
[/li][li]fire contact, and probably would work for the cold,
too, actually....
[list][li]radiation manipulation... don't ask me how this one
works. It just sounds cool. And deadly. It sounds deadly cool.
[/li][li]echolocation- bonus if the character is without eyes or
eyesight. Though in this world, I dunno why they'd give
echolocation and not just fix the eyes, so someone can figure
that bit out. :P
[list][li]audio to visual synesthesia-- not sure how this could
be useful, and it would be MORE useful for a deaf person, but
then you have the same question as the echolocation

I would think that audio-visual and touch-visual would work well
for 'blind' people (And GG, it's probably easier to do
artificial synesthesia than to fix someone's sight, imho,
especially for someone who was born blind.) But lets also not
forget all the other combinations that would be available. Some
people taste sounds as well, which would be useful to remember
things like music, or if something is sound-sensitive... well, I
think it's easier to disguise tasting sound than seeing it,
because you'd have to train people to not jump at the 'sight' of
noises... Ahahaha....
The problems it could create, too.... XD
And the downside of synesthesia... what if one of the patients
started getting Schizophrenic? That would wreak havoc with their
brain.

Why is blind in quotations?
From what I understand, which-- granted-- isn't much,
schizophrenia (not capitalized) is not prompted by any one
thing but is a condition one is born with, though sometimes it
can manifest itself at later points in life. But like I said, I
am by no means an expert.... this is just what I've read in
articles-- not even a complete book.

Well, you may be born with a predisposition to schizophrenia,
but that doesn't mean you WILL get it, just that it's more
likely. So for those individuals, the causation might start with
the crossed wires and a mis-interpretation of them.
I'm in an Abnormal Psych class, although I'm also tired, so my
information might look correct to me and be entirely wrong. I'll
write you an essay on it later.
And... I have no idea why I have quotations around the word
blind.
I hate being tired.
Also, I'm trying to find pictures of my new character as an
older girl, but thus far I'm stuck at age 13/14, 15 pushing it.
Which is frustrating, because her backstory that I'm writing is
for her 17 year old self.

Like I said, I've only read some articles, so my knowledge is a
bit limited. ^^ My only psychology experience was a semester of
9th grade psychology class, and though my teacher was fantastic
and I adored the class, it was a long time a go and obviously
very basic. (:
Also, who is the AI/faceclaim/whatever you want to call her for
your new character? I assume you mean the Russian-German one you
just added? I'm not good with faces, much, but I miiight be able
to help? If not me, the someone else...?

Currently the AI for my second Character (Verochka) is Elle
Fanning from Ginger and Rosa (because that's where she has red
hair). But I can't find any other pictures of her from even a
few years later with the right hair color.
