       Jessica Seeley - Fire Manipulation

       Full name: Jessica Seeley
       Age: 19
       Physical description: Jessica is cover model thin with short,
       bright blonde hair that she styles differently depending on the
       outfit she is wearing that day. Everything about her screams
       clean and well kept, down to her toenails that she repaints
       meticulously every night. Her eyes are bright green behind
       eyelashes she emphasizes with mascara.
       Character's Personality/Background Info: Jessica is snarky, with
       an attitude to match her looks. She is the first to point out
       things that other people may not notice in a situation and she
       is constantly critiquing herself and others, though she is more
       strict on herself. It is hard for Jess to get attached to
       people, but when she does she is loyal no matter what. While she
       constantly tries to better herself, she sometimes forgets that
       what she thinks is 'better' may not be the same as someone else.
       Despite all of her harshness, she believes strongly in etiquette
       and manners.
       Enhancement (if any): She can wield fire by hydrogen-oxygen
       mixture sacks in her arm that can be released if she twitches
       her wrist a certain way. Also implanted in her is Platinum
       Powder that is used as a catalyst to ignite the flame. She can
       push the fire forward using her breath, but that can't reach
       past a couple feet so Hal is working on a way to create some
       sort of propeller or fan in her palm. While Jess is thankful for
       the chance to be set apart from the rest of the world with her
       enhancement, it doesn't come without problems. More than a
       couple times she woke up to her blankets on fire and as a
       result, she has some minor burns on her legs and sides. Since
       she is someone who loves control, having a fire ability just
       fuels her temper.
