       Eva Bell - Photographic Memory (through eyes)

       Full name: Eva Dorothy Bell
       Age: 16
       Physical description: Smooth, light brown skin. Black eyebrows,
       trimmed very thin. Short black hair, straightened daily to
       contain it. Dark pink lips, thin upper lip and thick lower lip.
       Big, almond-shaped eyes, colored a metallic gold. Round face
       with a slightly pointed chin. A bit below average height with a
       medium build. Tends to wear tall leather boots to be closer to
       the height of the boys she hangs out with -- which make up the
       majority of her friends. She also tends to wear either bright or
       high-contrast colors, has an odd sort of style, often wears as
       many contrasting patterns as she can at once.
       Character's Personality/Background Info: Is very caring and
       attentive, tends to be rather optimistic, but will often
       withdraw if someone else out-going is around. Loves music but
       uses it more as an escape than a method of expression -- the way
       she sees it, music feels for her, instead of it expressing what
       she feels. Is extremely loyal and will stay with friends as long
       as possible, and will make friends with whoever will stick
       around long enough to be her friend. She is extremely talented
       with many types of music and musical instruments, such as piano,
       ukulele, violin, and drums, but is completely incapable of
       playing bigger instruments such as the guitar, or wind
       instruments, despite the fact that she is also a vocalist. Her
       voice is notably quiet but also very soothing.
       She has a big family and both parents, and they are all very
       close and positive. Being the most physically healthy and the
       only one within the age requirements for the enhancement
       program, she received implants in her eyes. Her family not being
       very wealthy, this has nearly forced them into poverty more than
       a few times. While she carries this burden, she is confident
       that her family can withstand anything, and stubbornly pushes
       forwards.
       Enhancement (if any): Eye implants which give her an enhanced
       photographic memory. She can remember things exactly how
       something looks in her mind, if she's seen it even once.
       However, she can't convey these images very well because she is
       an absolutely terrible artist.
