       Full name: Clarence Joseph Morgan
       Age: 18 (birthday in January)
       Physical description: Dirty-dishwater blond hair, cut pretty
       short. Small, light green eyes that look blue in some lights.
       Square jaw and low-set eyebrows. Sturdy, muscular build that he
       obviously cares for with daily exercise. Posture tends to be
       very confident, chest pressed out just slightly because he tends
       to breathe deeply from his diaphragm. Often has his arms crossed
       over his chest or deep in his pockets. Dresses casually, with
       funny t-shirt and jeans and maybe an over-shirt.
       Character's Personality/Background Info: Tends to be a bit
       uncouth, very brash in his mannerisms and sense of humor, but
       also known to be very protective and, once someone is close to
       him, they're always close to him. While he does have a heart of
       gold, it can be very difficult to detect, as he is very gruff
       and come across very harshly to people he is still testing the
       waters with. He can be very suspicious and outright rude to
       people he doesn't feel he can trust, even if they are indeed
       trustworthy, and is slow to change his mind about anything. Due
       to a notable history with violence in his childhood, he has
       serious issues with withholding his anger -- especially
       violently -- but is also the first to cry foul when a girl or
       child is a victim.
       Enhancement (if any): Manipulation of electrical currents --
       usually consciously controlled, but can sometimes be subject to
       his fits of anger, applies only to mechanical electricity
       currently (though Dr Ramsey has suggested that, if Clarence
       manages to control his anger, this could be extended to other
       electrical means, such as neurological electricity).
