User groups

Admin is basically me, the owner of the server. I do not plan on
promoting any admins any time soon as they are people who help
run the server. There will be no "owner" "co-owner" "webmaster"
status, just admin.

A promotion from ingame moderator, global mods are mods who have
powers both on the forums and in game.

Mods are people who recieve their position by helping others,
staying active (both ingame and on the forums), and by being
respected/respectful. People who do not* recieve mod are those
who constantly spam, tryhard, and ask for it.

Server contributor, runeplasma's own unique rank is given to
those who attain the following
-a reputation of at least +5
-at least 50-100 posts
-at least 3 well constructed and useful guides
This gives everyone a rank to shoot for and keeps the forums
active and helpful. This rank i do ask you shoot for and ask
about alot ;)

Looks great man!
I really like the idea of server contributor. Maybe a perk of
becoming one such as being able to use yell?

when we get more players ill make it like that, and other
players will automatically join a certain cc when they log in
