       Barrow's brothers have a constant drop of 100k and a more rare
       drop of 1m.
       You can also sell the barrows pieces too other players for cash.

       2. Slayer!
       Slayer monsters can also drop cash.  As well with the hardest
       slayer monster which can drop ags, 10m, and dragon platelegs.
