New ingame commands.

It would be pretty helpful to have a list of ingame teleporting
commands, such as:
::pk (opens a clickable list of the PK areas)
::skill (takes you to the skills area)
::commands (shows you a list of commands)
::players (displays all of the online players)
::staff (shows all of the online staff)
Several others, which I'll add later. Thanks for reading.
Also if you do decide to give the thread a look, please post
whether you agree/disagree and commands you all wanna see added.

theres a tele for pking and will be for skills, ill write the
commands in the quest tab, players works, ::staff can be done

Yah hopefully. I belive he forgot to put ::yell on the list
though.
