"It would be best if we wait until morning. I'm exhausted,"
Ithilwin said with a yawn. She looked around the room then
glanced at Loren inquisitively. "Sleeping arrangements?"

Loren stopped and realised that there was infact only one bed.
"Uh, well, there's only one bed, it's through there" he said
pointing towards a doorway "I can sleep out here, it's fine.
There's plenty of furs lying around to stay warm. You should
take the bed."

"Ni 'lassui (many thanks). I will see you in the morning then.
Losto vae. (sleep well)" Ithilwin went to the bed and slowly
undressed to her chemise, taking off her cloth armors and garb.

"Posto vae." Loren nodded and smiled as she left. Loren took off
his armor and clothing choosing to stay in just an undershirt
and something to keep himself decent. He then set out furs to
create a bed for himself and taking a rabbit pelt which he laid
beside his own bed Loren created somewhere for Kurnous to sleep
as well. "Ollo vae, Kurnous" was the last thing Loren said that
night before slipping a dagger underneath the fur he slept on.

Ithilwin curled onto the bed and tried to relax. The following
day seemed so exciting with new adventures, but she couldn't
convince herself to fall asleep quickly. Her mind started racing
with anxiety. What if she couldn't trust this new elf?

Loren awoke to the familiar sounds of the forest; birds
chirping, the breeze shaking the leaves and branches, as if the
trees were stretching their limbs. He decided it'd be best to be
prepared for the walk to the glade. It wasn't far but it never
hurts to expect the worst. First though, he and Kurnous needed
to wash. The river stream was only a few steps outside the
treehouse. Loren considered waking Ithilwin but thought it be
best to let her sleep off as much of her hangover as possible.

Ithilwin woke later than usual. The sun was already shining when
she convinced herself to get out of bed. She put her feet on the
floor and walked out into the main room. Glancing at the floor,
she noticed Loren and his pet were already up and around. She
groggily shuffled around in search of him, and eventually
decided to toss on her tunic after realizing he wasn't inside.
Ithilwin packed everything she could, ensuring she was ready
when they left. She was still too tired and comfortable to lace
up her armor, but attached her dagger to her right garter.

Loren opened the door to the house holding the clothes he was
wearing last night covering himself, barely keep him from being
completely naked. He froze as he saw Ithilwin wearing her tunic
"Oh. Uh, I uh, didn't think you'd be awake yet. I'm not used to
having strangers with me, I guess." He nervously chuckled and
quickly grabbed his clothing and armour and walked into the
bedroom to get dressed. "Pe-chennas!" Loren whispered to
himself. He quickly dressed and walked back out this time fully
clothed. "Well I can see your ready. Let me just grab some
things and we'll head out" Loren picked up his quiver and bow
and put them over his shoulder to rest on his back. His two
daggers placed into their sheathes and he picked up the blade he
placed under the fur and sheathed it into the scabbard on his
abdomen. "Okay. Let's go"

Ithilwin couldn't help herself and giggled when he walked in and
how much of a shocked caribou he looked like. His cheeks got
pink and he barely made eye contact with her as she gathered her
belongings onto her back and followed him out.

Loren climbed down the tree, opting to let Ithilwin do the same.
"It's about an hour away and considering the time it's doubtful
anyone else will be there. I just hope they're feeling friendly
today. Had a few incidents where they've tried killing a human
who stumbled too deep" Loren said with a slight smirk on his
face. He walked ahead of Ithilwin but at a moderately slow pace,
he wanted to let her experience the forest and hopefully
remember the feeling of being a part of the family.
