I. Divisions
Training & Recruitment (T&R)
Responsible for training cadets, handling applications and
reinstatements, disciplines rookies and is the backbone of the
L.S.P.D to provide officers, trained and ready.
Special Weapons & Tactics (S.W.A.T)
SWAT is mainly responsible for deportations and urgent backup
calls.
SWAT members are expected to be highly trained, have great
shooting techniques and driving skills.
SWAT officers are handpicked by the division commanders.
Internal Affairs (I.A)
Has the duty of investigating officers and demolishing
corruption, keeping officers in check and disciplining people
who do aren't responsive to any dispatch or duties in general
Traffic Control Unit (T.C.U)
T.C.U's main focus is to protect the safety of the public by
enforcing laws to curtail unsafe driving practices.
The primary goal of T.C.U is to ensure the safety of the
motorists and pedestrians of Los Santos.
Special Investigation Unit (S.I.U)
The S.I.U is tasked with undercover operations to infiltrate
notorious gangs. Its primary focus is to crack down on gang
violence and ensure the safety of the citizens of Los Santos.
They have access to unmarked vehicles and special equipment to
blend in with the crowd.

While piloting a vehicle refusing to pull over after a law
enforcement officer ordered you to pull over
02. Driving without A valid License - $250
Operating a vehicle while not having a drivers license
03. Reckless Driving - $250
Driving in a way which reasonably causes a hazard to traffic or
environment
04. Vehicular Endangerment - $500
Using your Vehicle in any manner that is dangerous to
passengers, pedestrians or nearby residents
05. Failure to Abide by A Traffic Stop - $250
Failing to follow instructions given by a Law Enforcement
officer at a traffic stop
06. Driving under the influence of an illegal substance - $1000
Operating a vehicle while under the influence of illegal
substances
07. Transportation of illegal goods - $1500
Transporting illegal goods inside a vehicle (Mat running, Drugs
running)
07. Speeding - $100 - $1000
The act of operating a vehicle at a high speed
01. Disturbing the peace - $1000
Creating a dangerous or intimidating situation in a public place
02. Terrorism - $5000
Systematically threatening or to cause fear and intimidation at
a grand scale
03. Robbery - $2500
Taking away someone their property against their will, by means
of force of fear as through intimidation or assault
04. Bank Robbery - $5000
Being part of a criminal group who is actively stealing money
from the bank
05. Gang Affiliation - $500
Being part of a criminal organization.
01. Trespassing - $250
Being at a restricted area, including but not limited to staff
areas of FBI, LSPD, and ARMY headquarters, LSPD and FBI garage,
the Los Santos sewers, while not leaving that place after being
told to leave it by a law enforcement officer.
02. Federal Communication Commission Violation - $250
Unlawful advertising, Creating advertisements with illegal
content.
03. Impersonating A Law Enforcement Officer - $500
Making claims to, in any way or form, that you are part of a law
enforcement agency while you are not.
04. Misuse of the 911- hotline - $250
Using the 911-hotline in an unreasonable way, including but not
limited to reporting non-existent crimes, insulting staff or for
any reason other than reporting crimes, reporting injured
civilians or contacting LSPD/FBI/LSFMD staff in a reasonable
way.
05. Bribery - $1000
Offering money, goods, services or anything else to a law
enforcement officer in an attempt for him/her to alter your
punishment.
06. Aiding and Abetting - $2500
A civilian participating in a crime. Helping or assisting
another civilian in doing a crime
07. Failure to comply - $250
Failure to follow the instructions of a law enforcement officer
07. Resisting Arrest - $250
Preventing a law enforcement officer to arrest you
06. Aiding and Abetting - $250
An agreement between two or more persons to commit a crime in
the future

Command Breakdown​
Department Communication
(/r)adio - Allows you to communicate within the department
(In-Character).
(/d)epartments - Allows you to communicate over the radio with
every faction (In-Character).
(/m)egaphone - Allows you to make an announcement in yellow text
with increased range.
/facradar - allows you to see all the member's location on the
minimap.
/dc - Division chat, not applicable if you are not in a
division.
/backup - Sends a distress call to all Law Enforcement Agencies.
Player interaction
/tazer - Used to taze a suspect, which will stun him for an
approximate of 10 seconds in which you can cuff the suspect.
/rubberbullets - Allows you to shoot a civilian who's not
holding a weapon and immobilizing them for a brief amount of
time.
/detain - Allows you to throw the suspect in a vehicle. Must
choose seat 1, 2 or 3 in order to detain. (/detain ID SEAT)
/arrest - Allows you to arrest the suspect on the arrest point
in the LSPD Garage.
/wanted - Shows you every suspect with at least one star.
/cuff - Allows you to handcuff a suspect, causing him to be
unable to move.
(/su)uspect - Allows you to charge a suspect with certain
felonies.
/frisk - Allows you to see a player's inventory, gang bandana
(if applicable), etc.
/take - Used to take a player's drugs - Only to be used when a
player is under the influence of drugs - /breathtest.
/breathtest - Allows you to see whether or not a player has
recently used any drugs.
/fingerprint - Shows the suspect's name and information.
/drag - Allows you to move a cuffed player to a different
location.
/ticket - Allows you to give someone a ticket for an X amount of
cash. (Ie. reckless driving)
Vehicle interaction
/mdc - On-board computer in any vehicle which allows you to get
information on civilians.
/vcheck - Allows you to see the vehicle's information such as
the owner, tickets, and the ID.
/vdmc - Will give you a list of a player's vehicles.
/vticket - Allows you to ticket a wrongfully parked vehicle.
/tow - Allows you to tow a player's vehicle in an MPS truck to a
different location.
/Untow - Releases a currently being towed vehicle.
/Impound - Allows you to impound a player's vehicle to the DMV.
(Impound place located in front of the LSPD garage). It is not
necessary for the player to have a certain amount of tickets on
the vehicle in order to be impounded. If a vehicle is wrongfully
parked and hindering other civilians then the vehicle may be
towed and impounded.
/dmvrelease - Allows you to pay off a player's ticket on their
vehicle for free, or release it from impound.
/siren(off) - Allows you to attach a siren to the vehicle you
are currently operating.
/revokeboatdl - Revokes a player's boat license.
/revokedl - Revokes a player's driver license.
/revokeairdl - Revoke a player's pilot license.
/searchcar - Allows you to view the content of the vehicle's
trunk.
/checktruck - Shows you the content of a truck from the docks.
/radar - Enables the onboard speed radar of a cruiser.
/radargun - Enables a speed gun to catch civilians driving too
fast.
/callsign - Allows you to attach a sign to the back of your
vehicle (ie. 'Alpha-1')
Faction interaction
/ram - Allows you to break down a player's house door.
/badge - Allows you to go off duty - Note: you will lose your
weapons and armor when doing so. Neither are you allowed to use
any of your faction related commands.
/destroyplant - Allows you to destroy a weed plant.
/facmotd - Shows the fac motd.
/accept911 - Allows you to accept a civilian's 911 distress
call.
/reject911 - Allows you to reject a civilian's 911 distress
call.
/listcalls - Shows you all the 911 distress calls.
/locker - Allows you to go on duty and grab the appropriate
gear.
/deployspikes - Deploys a set of spikes, destroying any
vehicle's tires when driving over them.
/destroyspike [ID] - Destroys a specific spike ID.
/spikestrips - Shows a list of deployed spikes.
/deploycade [1/2/3] - Deploys a barricade.
/destroycade - Destroys a nearby barricade.
/destroycades - Destroys all placed barricades.
/deploycone - Deploys a traffic cone on your location.
/destroycone [ID] - Destroys a specific cone.
/cones - Shows a list of all deployed cones.
/destroycones - Destroys all placed cones.
/deployflare - Deploys a red lighting flare.
/destroyflare [ID] - Destroys a specific lighting flare.
/flares - Shows a list of all deployed red lighting flares.
/destroyflares - Destroys all placed flares.
/destroysirens - Destroys all placed sirens on vehicles.
