In all those photos of Henrik's casket leaving Fredensborg,
Marge is standing and walking alone. I wonder why one, or both,
of her sons didn't stand with her and offer her an arm? A
gesture of support, if nothing else.

The people who updates the royal house website do not mess
about. They've taken out Henrik :'(

they could have waited until the mourning period of one month is
over. an "in memoriam" would have been nice.
       [/quote]
Yes, I think this is nothing less than scandalous! Show him some
       respect!
The kids have been crying, poor things.

Joachim seemed close to crying today , I loved the two young
princesses holding hands. I must say , I’d love to take a
scissor to Nicolai’s hair . I’m sure daisy and her boys are
delighted to see that there is a outpouring of sympathy for
Henrik. I’m sure they were wondering what way it would go.

Josie and Athena hit it off so well, that is very nice to see.
Good to have siblings, good to have cousins too!
Looking at them, they all seem to have been crying - except
Marge. She is such a pro - or is it just that people grieve in
       different ways.

Yes I do believe people grieve differently. A school friend of
mine and a aunt to my first cousin lost her 10 year old son
three years back . She said at the start of the journey she
prayed and prayed for him to live , a few days before his book
of life ended she said she prayed for god to take him , he was
so sick. She and her husband held up so well during the funeral
and after , even now when I see her she is doing great . Grief
can take place while someone is dying , relief when it happens
now the worst is over and knowing that it was a release and your
loved one is at peace is a great source of inner peace . If
Henrik was fluid and knew them and the had some chats I’m sure
Daisy feels that at least he went while he still recognized
       them.

The messages of condolence are sweet, especially the drawings.
Some are quite funny and all show heart felt warmth.
How hard to parade one's grief in public as the royals are bound
       to do!
Hopefully it offers some release for the children to view the
       very human comments.
