Yes. And how would you like to grow up knowing your birth, even
your very existence, was a disappointment? I hope she realizes
how lucky she is, not to have been born a boy.

and I wish she knows she is perfect as she is, a lovely GIRL!

Any father would be glad to see their daughter out of the
imperial house , living a beautiful life without the confines
and control of the men that actually are the power in the
imperial household.

This couple seem like such a mis-match.
He, with his longish hairdo and softer expression, seems like a
relaxed person. She is always IMPECCABLE and robotic with a hint
of a smirk on her face.
She is not very likeable, is she?

Masako is tall compared to other Japanese.
I have a Japanese friend, and we all think she is VERY pretty,
but in Japan she is considered not so pretty, she claims.
First of all, she is too tall, secondly, she has dark skin
(which isnīt that dark - not even like a tan.)
If that is true, I just donīt GET why they canīt see she is
pretty!
