That's exciting news for them.
It is listed in Wikipedia that the baby boy, born 23rd Oct.
2018, is named Balthazar.
Maybe this is true, maybe not.
It also lists a half sister, Darya, born 2011
and half brother, Raphael, born 2013.
23rd of Oct. is the birthday of Princess Mako of Japan.

Excerpts
On meeting while they were both students at Skema Business
School in Nice in 2011:
Louis: “The first time I saw Marie, it was in a nightclub in
Cannes. She was with friends, I was looking at her and I thought
she was so beautiful. She didn’t notice me that night but then
we started classes.”
Marie: “ Classes started and the more time passed, the more I
felt like I was observed. When I spotted Louis, it was love at
first sight. [..] Since we’re both really shy, it took us a long
time to get together. The entire school knew I wanted to be with
him and he wanted to be with me but it took us 6 months to get
together.”
Louis on telling his mother Princess Stéphanie and his sisters
Pauline Ducruet & Camille Gottlieb he was planning on proposing:
“She [Princess Stéphanie] was very happy and very emotional. She
cried a lot just like my sisters who were there too. They all
hugged me. […] I went to buy Marie’s ring with my mother and
Pauline and once we were in the jewelry store, they couldn’t
stop crying again.”
Louis on telling his father:
“He asked me ‘Are you certain that you want to get married? Are
you certain that you will enjoy this marriage?’ ’ but I could
tell he was very emotional.[…] Papa is my hero and I rely on him
a lot as Marie can confirm. We’re associates now in a building
renovation firm that he manages.”
On his relationship with his mother Princess Stéphanie:
“We’re very close - lots of love and lots of hugs. She knows I
will support in everything she does. She knows that every time
she’ll need me, I’ll be there.”
On the proposal:
Louis: “I really wanted this moment to be perfect and unique.
[…] My heart was beating so fast. When I went down on one knee,
Marie was so surprised that she took a few steps back, I had to
tell her ‘Don’t go, don’t go’. Her voice was shaking and I
barely heard her say ‘yes’ but I understood.”
Marie: “When I arrived at the beach, I felt that there was
something unusual. The place was so beautiful, I even said to
Louis ‘What will it be the day you propose to me! ’And then, he
went down on one knee. I was so surprised I couldn’t move. I
don’t even remember if I said ‘yes’ because I was crying so
much.”
Louis also said that he wanted to propose in a place that “meant
something” [he proposed during a trip to Vietnam which is where
Marie’s mother was born] and he also asked Marie’s two older
brothers for their blessing since Marie’s father passed away.
The couple will marry next summer in Monaco’s Cathedral.
