Chicken Marbella, with dried fruit, olives and capers. Delish
and can be eaten cold, room temperature or hot, making it an
excellent buffet item for a party!

there was this joke about doing raclette with only cheddar. one
may probably find it quite infantile, but i am honestly curious.
could be a good idea. :) we'd have to drink wine with it
anyway.

Last night for Hanukkah I roasted a chicken, served with potato
latkes (pre made and frozen, tried it once or twice from scratch
it takes two days to clean the kitchen) green beans and arugula
salad.
Tonight I have a work outing so I told my husband to order
pizza.

didn't make dinner tonight but was invited to a private
brainstorming dinner.
for starters we had a mini lebanese buffet, followed by turkey
(marinated in ginger and lemongrass) skewers (best turkey i ever
had) and rice. for dessert: chocolate tart.

Potato latkes! Frozen or hand-made, they're a tasty treat! My
Jewish next door neighbor used to share hers with my
family...yummmm. I've always said I probably could happily live
the rest of my life eating only bread, butter, and potatoes.

I do that too. Drink a glass of water and half a lemon almost
every day. I add honey for sweetener.
I am not big on fruit, can´t eat much of it, so this is my way
of getting C vitamin.
