;D
And...now we're snowed in down here in Norfolk, Virginia.
We only got a couple of inches, but the wind is howling and
creating little whiteouts.

We need a weather thread, right? ;D
Eleanor has struck Belgium. Alert code orange is on today.
Strong winds and rain were battering my bedroom window last
night. The noise from the storm was so strong that I thought at
first that a plane was flying over our building!

Blizzarding here, outside NYC. But I will take that over the
frigid temperatures lately. It has been single digit in the day
and below zero at night. I had 3 chickens freeze to death over
night earlier this week.

Not at all! A long boring work meeting got cancelled so I was
pretty happy!
Sorry about your chickens Duchess!

By the snow bomb? :P
Yep. It's moved on now, thank goodness, but everything in
Norfolk is shut down: schools, offices, roads, restaurants.
Even our local Starbucks is closed and it takes something huge
to prevent a Starbucks from opening! I'm willing to bet they'll
be open tomorrow, though...people just love to spend $6 for a
cup of coffee! ???

Oh no. Poor little things. I guess there's no way you can
bring chickens in out of the cold, though. I can just imagine
you, DofV, with a flock of chickens perched all over your living
room furniture...doing all sorts of unspeakable things to the
upholstery!
