I agree, and not just because it’s my favorite color period.
Unpopular opinion: I like Mary’s dress. I’ve got a short neck
like she does, and that neckline camouflages well. I also like
that color on her. I would have toned down the earrings - just
way too much jewelry and hardware.

She did look a lot frailer in the actual footage. Good photo
(photoshopped?)
But clearly, this is a good look for her, the dress suits her
perfectly.

How can the Danish press ignore the state of Frederik. He looks
awful . If this was Joachim the press would be all over the
story.

Fred always looks like crap during winter and fine during
summer. I guess people have gotten used to it, it is the same
every year.

That beard does nothing for him - au contraire! I don´t
understand why he grows it from time to time!

Thanks for the pictures.
I love the purple on Margrethe and the Christmas tree green
looks fun.
Wouldn't it be a nightmare for Denmark if Margrethe were to be
the one with dementia?!
Fred looks podgey and out of shape.
I'm not sure about Mary's dress. It's quite nice - a great
colour - a little tight but I do like that the photos are not
photoshopped. Her face looks better au naturel.

Mary's dress is a lovely color for her, but the top is too
stiff. Looks like it's made out of cardboard. Marge looks very
nicely put together in her purple dress. Her hair is neatly
arranged, for one thing. She usually has loose ends and wisps
sticking out all over her head, but this time her hair is nicely
and neatly combed. That goes a long way towards improving her
general appearance. Bravo, Marge.
