Awww, a little boy. Thank goodness he's finally here. I was
beginning to think he'd be born with a full set of teeth and
hair on his chest.

Anyway the three front runner names are in use already ,
Arthur the front runner , Arthur Chatto
Albert , Albert Windsor son of lord Nicholas Windsor
James ,son of Prince Edward.
George was in use as well with the earl of St. Andrews so that
doesn’t rule a name out .

I'm really hoping for "Philip." Someone needs to honor the old
gent by using that as a first name for a new member of the
family.
