It is all very moving.
The rainbows, oh wow!
I love this photo. Think about how much effort it must have cost
her to get out of bed, get dressed, be made up to stand there
greeting the new prime minister with a smile on her face.
What an inspiration for us all!

Although the queen's death didn't come as a surprise to most, it
still seems unreal to see "Charles III" officially in print.
She was a grand lady who exemplified the best of both the old
and new centuries and she did her job well during all the years
she served her Commonwealth of Nations. I hope her memory will
be an example for her family to follow.

Not that much of a surprise given her age indeed. One could also
see how frail she was all of a sudden. And yet, it is always is
too soon. What a life she had. I am also glad she had her
Jubilee and that she got to appoint the new(and female) PM.
It felt weird to read "The King will address the nation" in the
papers.
